After several weeks of using my Brydge 10.5 Series II keyboard, I am very disappointed in its performance. Some keys inconsistently register, requiring me to go back and enter missing characters or correct incomplete words. Sometimes the space bar skips two or three spaces. In addition the hinges have a “soft spot” at about 45 degrees so that the screen cannot be set at that position without having it slip back another inch or two. The keyboard is solid and attractive, but it is not reliable and actually becomes a hindrance when trying to work.

The keyboard is really great and feels high quality. Keyboard shortcuts make my ipad into an everyday carry with my laptop left at home. As a student who takes lots of notes, however, it can get a bit annoying that it only turns 180 degrees and the only way to utilize the ipad's pen + note taking features is to literally just pull the ipad out. Would like a system less inconvenient than that. I got open box, though, so for the price, I won't complain. A key feature that I really needed was a laptop-like spine, which this provides that competitors don't provide, so I'm very happy. the battery lasts forever, especially when turning it off when not in use. great product.

Light weight, great to type on. Keys are a little cramped but this is because of the space limitations of the iPad; quality of the keyboard is excellent. Tried another leading keyboard and the feel of this is definitely better. Only complaint is that it doesn’t come with a back cover or a holder for the pencil, but those can be worked around.
