“Keyboard is heavier than iPad. Also, not as wide as iPad Pro 11, so there is a gap. Keyboard is good to type on, but just find it heavy.”

“The keyboard doesn’t work, send a video about the issue and they didn’t even look at all the video because whatever they recommend doing I did it on the video. I supposed to get a prepaid label and I have to pay for sending back something that doesn’t work. I responded to the person in charge of my case and haven’t received any response. It’s been more than 15 days without no resolution, there is no phone for costumer service.”

“I had this for less than a week and the first time I used it, one of the hinges snapped off. So far, customer service has not responded to my request for a replacement.”

“I have used another keyboard and the hinge broke shortly after I started using it. The Brydge keyboard is sturdy, works well and is beautiful! Sorry I didn’t buy it sooner. I also purchased a leather case which is also attractive.”
