“My iPad is gold. The Brydge’s gold is more in between that gold and the rose gold so, color match it is not. Also took a really long to to finally get it to work.”

“iPad Air 2019 - Needs Apple Pencil holder and protection for the back of the IPad. Keyboard backlit and keys work well - with a couple second pause between uses to wake the keyboard up.”

“I have, thus far, really enjoyed the case. However, I already have had the rubber pieces that grip the iPad tear with less than one month of use. I have reached out to customer service twice now and have yet to hear a word back in support besides an automated "we will get back to you" message. For how much money this case cost, invest it in a different brand that supports their products.”

“I wouldn’t even give it one star, for I was not happy with customer service/ support. I ended up returning it. All contact with them is through email, and it takes two days or more to hear back from them. I would not recommend it only because of the poor customer support.”

“My iPad actually feels like an entirely different device using this case, in fact I actually harken it to feeling as though I’m using a laptop more often than not! My only complaint (which actually happens rarely) is missed keystrokes when I am typing though I am surely hitting the keys. In the long run though that issue is quite small, as missed keystrokes are usually fixed by autocorrect anyways!”
