“Very frustrated! I just bought the keyboard and was loving it for all of 3 days! The battery already conked out on me and the keyboard won’t stay on and I think I got a refurbished product that was not disclosed as such through Amazon, but sold directly by Brydge! I am sick of hearing that due to the Coronavirus, nobody can take your call! I have an old Logitech 480 keyboard that still works like a charm and two batteries last years! I wanted the Brydge to serve as keyboard AND cover and I love that the color matches my IPad Air. But what a disappointment if it’s truly defective which I won’t be able to find out until and if someone calls me!!!”

“It paired initially very well but it keeps unpairing. It is difficult to have to try every day to pair again with my iPad Air.I often have several attempts and have to turn both off and Forget this device before it will pair.This wasnâ€™t happening in the first few days. I am not great with technology being quite old but hoped it would be foolproof. The reviews were so good, Please do you have any advice? Thank you Christine”

“Bought this for my iPad Pro 10.5 in February 2020. Foot came off and it barely looks like it was glued on. Not a huge deal, but for an item only 2 months old, not quite the quality expected. Can't recommend.”

“Fantastic keyboard. If you want to create the MacBook experience this is the way to go.. itâ€™s astonishing that apples own keyboard is more expensive yet is this night and day better.... Iâ€™ve used probably 4 different iPad keyboards in my time and this hands down is the best.”

“Love the look and feel of the keyboard, however, in the 3 1/2 weeks since delivery, I needed to recharge the keyboard twice. I use the keyboard about 3 to 4 hours per day, but based on the tech specs, the battery life should last at least 5 to 6 months. So if you are planning to use this with your iPad as a substitute for a laptop are sure you don't forget your charging cord when traveling.”
