“I’ve had these keyboards for a long time now. They are fabulous and render it unnecessary to port a laptop around all the time when you can just bring the ipad now, especially after the update of iPadOS. Yet, the series II has problems. I am on my third one now. They just seem to die and no amount of charging will bring them back to life. One lasted a couple years before it gave up; another lasted about six months. I am on my third series II and it never seems to fully charge, even after I leave it on al night.”

“I bought this when it came out; love the feel and heft of it, it works well for my hands. I wore out one hinge which Brydge replaced at now charge. BUT-I put it upside down after reading, and it fell onto the carpet. It dug cracks in either side of my IPad Pro, shattering the glass in either corner, and I’m now out $650 to Apple for repair. It would not have slipped had I placed it down with the Ipad on top (and if the cat hadn’t run over it). Just a warning to others.”

“I purchased my Brydge 9.7 for iPad 6th Generation in January of 2019. After 9 months, several of the keys stopped working and the backliting failed. I was very happy with it until then. The keyboard looks great with the iPad and I also like that I could adjust the screen to any position. Although I didn't have any issues with bluetooth, this one has version 3.0, which is not up to date.”

“This past weekend I gave the Keyboard and Case to my mother for her 75th birthday. All she said after taking the wrapping off the box was, “this keyboard weighs about the same as my laptop....it’s just too heavy for my arthritic hands”. Looks like I will have to return this. I’ve seen some very negative reviews from this company....that they do every thing in their power to not give refunds. Very poor Customer Service.”

“I searched months for just the right IPad case as I am very picky. This Brydge is perfect for my needs, strong, sturdy and I love the red top and silver case. I am so happy I found the Brydge!”

“The keyboard operates just as regular Mac Lap Top. Stays in place and convenient without having to hold it up. Keyboard is functional (little smaller than a laptop) but still functions well. Takes a little getting used to but it has been a great purchase!”
