“I bought the keyboard along with my I pad pro. It looked great however I only share this to save the company. There is a flaw not only in the keyboard but also customer service. The rubber insert that grip the iPad is the flaw and the weight of the keyboard. I have been accused of mishandling the keyboard and that's where the customer service is crap. I paid 1k for the iPad pro....upgrading from 6th gen and not even a month but I go to grab my iPad with the keyboard attached that the lower right insert did not grip because the rubber insert came loose of of the keyboard but the lower left insert gripped and as the right side of the keyboard dropped back to the surface and the left side gripped it caused the keyboard to twist the bottom left of my iPad pro and a Crack formed all the wadi to the Adjacent corner. After sending all photos and video description of the flaw and damage customer service rep stopped returning my emails. I'm having to pay 200 deductible for their equipment flaw and with the virus I can't afford that. Any questions you can contact me at Boppindogg@msn.com”

“So far I haven’t even been able to use the keyboard. It arrived broken in the box after delayed shipping times - and a poor email exchange with the staff trying to resolve issues. I had read that a certain percentage of these keyboards had problems and I suppose I was unlucky and drew the short straw. Needless to say I am beyond angry that something like this could happen after the heavy price tag that comes with the keyboard.”
