“I loved this keyboard, until the hinge broke after only 4 months. I have tried to reach customer service, since it is still under warranty, but the phone mailbox is full, and I have not gotten a response to my online contact form. Without a working hinge this keyboard is useless and because I can't reach customer service, it seems I am screwed!”

“This is my second Brydge keyboard, purchased because I bought a new iPad. Like the first Brydge I owned, I love it. Unlike other keyboards you can use with an iPad, the Brydge is a real keyboard, with a great tactile feel, appropriately spaced keys, and I love the backlit keys. It generally pairs easily with my iPad, although the pairing seems to come undone at rare times. Thus far my only complaint is that, unlike my first Brydge keyboard, this new one requires a recharge very frequently. My last Brydge keyboard would go months without requiring a charge, but this new one will only retain a charge for about 2-3 weeks at most. Not a big deal, but certainly less convenient. I would certainly recommend a Brydge keyboard to anyone looking for a dependable, addition to their iPad.”
