“I ordered my keyboard on Dec. 6, 2019, and it was supposed to be shipped by Dec. 10. It is now Dec. 21, and I have received no keyboard and no notification that it is being shipped. There is no phone number available to contact anybody about the status of the order I have already paid for, so I have no idea if or when I will ever receive it. What adds salt to the wounds is that Amazon is now offering the same product with a guaranteed delivery date and free shipping. This is my first transaction with Brydge and likely will be my last. I am disgusted. (The only reason I gave this review one star is that this site won’t allow you to post a review without a star, otherwise I would have given it zero!)”
