I love the look and feel of Brydge keyboards, bit I am on my third keyboard and the hinge always breaks. I have not dropped them, I just open and close a lot and this design just cannot keep up!!! This last one broke just 2 months after replacement. I am looking for another brand as I just don’t think the design of the hinge will ever be better. It is only attached on one side so there is always pressure on the attached side of the hinge.

Can’t really review a product when I never got it. Customer support never answers the phone as their voicemail is full.

This keyboard is everything I hoped it would be; it's beautifully designed, and seems to work very well. It is both lightweight and sturdy. It paired readily with the iPad on the first try, but it had trouble keeping paired up, and my wife's iPad stopped recognizing it. After several tries, it finally stayed paired up. Since the day after Christmas it has worked like a charm, and it's now New Year's Day. I'm giving five stars instead of four because I'm optimistic that whatever the problem was, it won't recur, and if it does it will easily be remedied.

Great look and fit. Have received multiple compliments about how good it makes my iPad look. I had been eyeing Brydge keyboards for years but could not justify the cost. After my Apple Smart Keyboard started acting twitchy and the Black Friday discount, I took the dive. Love it. Only wish that I could fold it back to get it out of the way when using it as a tablet.

My second Brydge keyboard. The first one lasted about 4 years and then the battery conked, meaning it would not last more than a day without a recharge toward the end of it’s life. I don’t think the brydge has an easily replaceable battery, so I got a new one. What I don’t like: a slight delay from Bluetooth and keyboard when I begin typing. Once the signal is located, it is solid, and the delay is only a second or two, but I do not remember this much of a delay on the first keyboard. What I like: 1. Aluminum key bed and back. It is minimalist, and seamlessly matches with my ipad, making it possible to write with it on the road and during meetings. 2. Great price to quality ratio. Don’t think any other keyboard can touch it in this area. 3. Overall solid key strike feel. I don’t feel like I am handing spaghetti when I am using the keyboard. The unit is stable and solid and it serves as a sort of protective shield for the screen too when closed up in clamshell mode.

Perfect fit for Mom’s new iPad. Brydge has a better grasp of what a keyboard should function like than Apple. To compare the Brydge keyboard is capable of raising and lowering volume when watching videos. Also the space bar can pause/play a video. Apple does not have these features on their keyboard. It’s easy to pair the Bluetooth Brydge keyboard as well. There is nothing flimsy about Brydge’s design. Not heavy but the heft is remarkable, securely fits the iPad and this is my 3rd purchase whenever we buy a new iPad. It’s peerless in design and beautifully made. You will not be disappointed

Held my order with no notification Your idiot customer service rep , Justin said it was because one of the items was back ordered. But when item finally came in items shipped separately. So why did that not happen in the beginning. Justin said the protective case was back ordered. So why did the keyboard not go out? I told Justin I only really needed the keyboard but he responded that both items came in and shipped. Got the case right away but still no keyboard. Justin then said both items come from separate areas and that the keyboard was back ordered. So which one was back ordered again. I'll go somewhere else next time. Thanks
