“It’s a neat little keyboard but the “w” key needs to be mashed pretty hard to make it work. I like the design though, otherwise.”

“This keyboard case looks well made and works flawlessly. IPad was easy to install in friction grip hinges. Tried three others from Amazon where h-key became faulty on one and two others arrived DOA so looked for and found this quality keyboard.”

“I upgraded my iPad and bought my second Brydge keyboard to fit my new iPad. After less than 3 months of use, one of the keys popped up. No big deal, it was still under warranty. I contacted customer support and provided the pictures of the faulty key as requested. They sent a replacement key and told me to press it into place. I could not get the replacement key to sit level or without popping off, but I finally got it to stay put at an angle but I have to press the key firmly to activate it. Still not happy with this resolution since the keyboard was under warranty and now defective, I was asked by customer support to provide a video illustrating the difficulty of using that key. Okay... seems like a lot of hoops to jump through for a product that is STILL UNDER WARRANTY but I sent them a video as requested. I never got a response after several follow up emails. Brydge does not stand behind their products or honor their warranty so this will be the last product I order from them.”

“Just wanted to comment that my Keyboard is working well but when I use the “caps lock” key, “Shift” key-left side, “Shift” key-right side, in the top right hand corner there appear four arrows pointing up, then goes to 2 arrows pointing up, then 1 of the arrows-right side highlights. Not sure this is the keyboard that activates this or my iPad doing this. Would love to stop this if possible. Have you any hints on how to get rid of these arrows? Any help would be appreciated.”

“The functionality is great but one side of the hinge is broke already and I wish I could use my other cover for it but it doesn’t fit so I don’t recommend this product.”
