These reviews always start out as a "5". This is my 3rd 10.2 MAX+. The hinges failed on the first two. I don't know if the hinge design has been corrected with my latest replacement, or if the hinges will fail again. Despite the frustration of multiple replacements -- and mediocre customer service -- I still believe the 10.2 MAX+ is the best product out there.

I use my iPad daily for work. The hinges broke within 6 months of buying this product. For $140, I expected more. Very disappointed.

The trackpad is horrible. For the money, you’d expect a good working trackpad, but the trackpad on the Brydge 10.2 MAX+ is really bad. It’s not worth it for the 130 bucks. Don’t be a dummy, don’t spend the money. Get a Logitech that has a far superior trackpad.

I purchased this product brand new in box from a reputable seller on eBay. Unfortunately the hinge broke within 2 weeks of purchase. Upon contacting them they said they would send a replacement. After sending the receipt and images of the broken hinge, I was told they cannot replace it due to me purchasing it on eBay. If this a used product, I would understand, but this was new in factory sealed packaging. I was sent a promotion for 20% off another purchase, but I'm not spending money on a fragile product twice. This is quite literally the worst customer service I've ever received from a consumer electronics company in my life.

Awful, hinges broke IMMEDIATELY. I’ve had brydge products in the past for 2 years everyday use. I hope i got a bad one

I have happily used the iPad 10.2 keyboard case for several months and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It is well built, rugged and adds everything I wanted in a keyboard case: rugged protection, crisp key function, backlit keyboard, long battery life, quality build and a trackpad at a modest price. Love this keyboard case!

I loved the keyboard that went with my old iPad. It had an aluminum case and matched my iPad and it worked extremely well. used my old one with the new iPad but couldn’t use the hinges so I bought this one. The first keyboard I received I one of the hinges snapped and came off. The first replacement typed the letter “y” repeatedly all by itself. This replacement seems to be behaving pretty normally It has some issues. It is a occasionally glitchy and it won’t auto fill forms, emails or phone numbers from keychain or LastPass. I have inquired about this but got an unhelpful reply. Also, the stylus/pencil loop ripped and fell off. I would recommend it to someone who wanted a substantial case as well as a pretty god keyboard. I
