“Beautiful out of the box but very disappointed after some use. Have had the keyboard for two months about. Multiple problems. Key repeats on its own, writing a full line of a single character. Keyboard won’t turn off sometimes. Cursor jumps when touching the trackpad. I am typing this with an other keyboard...”

“Hi, I had bad luck with received keyboard, the right hinge seems to be defective, I tried to fix it with lubricant but it didn't work. Please let me know if there is any possible solution.”

“First one arrived broken. Customer service was helpful and sent another one. This keypad is horrible. I’d throw out if I didn’t spend so much money. The pad area is super sensitive and makes it very difficult to type.”

“I', new to iPad so it will be a while. I use the keyboard frequently and I like the lighted keys. When I unfold (open) the system I hear as creaking sound like an old door without recent lubrication. When I close the system (Power Shut down) it goes smoothly. When I remove the iPad with its protective rear shell Both sides actual jerk. It takes a lot more force to open than it takes to close.”

“After all the positive reviews of this product I was so huped to get my hands on it. And it worked fantastic and was exactly what I needed how ever,the product quickly broke and is now a fantastic paperweight. They sent me the incorrect item the first time so I had to wait another week to get the correct one.it worked fantastic for the first 2 days then it died on me and won't charge or turn on.”
