“I brought my keyboard just a few months ago and got the Insurance as well and the left tab that holds the iPad broke off and I’ve emailed three times and every time I call the mailbox is full so I can’t even leave a message!!”

“The cover is almost what it should be. The keys are not very reliable, sometimes they give no feedback, sometimes they register to many taps on one keystroke. The touchpad doesn't always work with all gestures, and it switches from time to time (what prompted me to write this review was that i couldn't use two swinger swiping to close apps this afternoon, while I was able to do so yesterday). Sometimes it will require you to reinstall the firmware becuase the keyboard stops working at times. The backlight of the keyboard, to my eyes at laest, shines way to bright underneath the eys, and not enouh through the legends, which makes the backlight a hinderence as well as a help in poorly lit conditions. With that said it is still a well made case, it feels sturdy (though the pencil holder does feel a bit cheap), the ipad can lean quite far back before the cover tips over. The shortcuts at the top row are an improvement on what apple offers with their own keyboard. TLDR: The keyboard is well made and makes using the ipad as a laptop possible, but the software is not very reliable at al, and the keyboard is by far the best available for the ipad. I would not buy this at full price, but since I got it at a discount, I'm going to be keeping it”

“Got the new model after one week the hing started to make a Noise and hard to close. Product looks very nice yeah idea is good behind it unfortunately the performance is not there”

“The keyboard works pretty well though I like my old aluminum Brydge appearance much more and the hinges (which are friction, the new magnetic ones are an improvement) we’re aluminum as well. But it doesn’t fit my current 8th gen IPad so I replaced it. Since I wanted a track pad I got the Max+. I have had it less than 3 months. One of the hinges just broke apart and can’t be repaired. You can’t call Brydge so I emailed but have had no response. I expect something within a work week, if only that they received my email. I will update my review if I get a response.”
