I think I probably should’ve purchased a different version as I don’t use the mouse option but often seem to engage it unintentionally making my work jump around etc. (Perhaps there’s something I can do to change that?) Another thing that doesn’t seem to be as slick as my last keyboard is the way it attaches to my iPad. I never had problems with the first one disconnecting but have struggled a bit with this one. Thanks for any help/tips you can provide

I've had the 10.2 Max+ for a couple of weeks now. I'm in Sales and constantly on the road, often having to pull out my large laptop on the side of the road tosend emails, quotes, etc. Having the keyboard WITH the trackpad for my iPad has been a game changer. I still take my actual laptop with me just in case but most of the time I can easily do everything I need to with my iPad and Brydge keyboard. I would even say I can do things more efficiently than if I was using my laptop because changing between apps and doing the split screen view is easier and more intuitive on my iPad than on my Dell laptop. The trackpad is what makes all the difference. I had a Brydge keyboard several years ago and it was great, but now having a trackpad truly makes it a seamless experience. I have not had any issues with lag at all too. It just allows me to quickly switch between my email, browser, CRM and anything else I need. No, it's not as efficient as having two monitors at my desk at home but for being on the road so much it is a great solution. The only thing I wish was different is that the keyboard be made of aluminum. The plastic keyboard is still great quality, but I am used to aluminum Brydge models. They're obviously going to hold up better over time. If you're on the fence, I would say get it. You'll be glad you did. I know I am.

The keyboard is impossible to use because the trackpad is so sensitive and so poorly placed that the cursor flies all over the place.

Impressed with the concept, I've had many cases like this in the past that i've very much enjoyed, different brands...sadly I will not buy any products again. Customer service wanted me to send this in TO REVIEW when I clearly sent a picture of a keyboard crack. I work on this thing daily....if I send it in I won't have a keyboard and if I wanted to buy another keyboard I would have done so.....if you guys send a new one, I will gladly send this one back and update my review.

Before this Brydge, I had a Logitech keyboard, but I wasn’t able to type without it being connected to my IPad. I love that I can use this away from the pad, since I keep the IPad on a stand to elevate it so my neck doesn’t get sore. Great product!

I have been using my keyboard for about a month now… It has a seamless integration, and the firmware updates are what make this a solid purchase. It is premium quality, and connects very easily. The Apple Pencil holder shredded within the second day and I had to make a new leather holder… That is the only issue I have had with this device. If you do not use your Apple Pencil much, I would recommend removing the pencil holder.
