“I thought i would like this keyboard a lot more. I hate to say the keyboard power off issue has turned out to be a pain. I have to type a couple of keys and wait to see where / what status we are in, and then start typing. Then works fine until you take a break, or possibly a long phone call, then it powers off again (and you don't catch it.--) Could the power off be adjustable, or give warning beep, or light flash, or something(?), seems like stupid thing, but is holding this back for this keyboard to potentially be completely awesome. Giving 2 stars for quality, a star for chrome compatibility.”

“I ordered this product, then requested to cancel it before my order was processed. I changed my mind about the order. The customer service rep tried to convince me to keep my order, even though I was explicit in wanting to cancel the order. In doing so, they caused a delay, and then my order was processed and could no longer be cancelled. They assured me they could offer me a refund and allow me to return my order. They responded very quickly. Now, my order was delivered a week ago and they won't respond to my emails, set up any kind of return, or offer me a refund.”

“The keyboard is a perfect size and weight - very stable. Battery life is fantastic as is its general reliability. Unfortunately, it has two habits that are disconcerting. According to the User Manual, waking from sleep mode is accomplished by "double pressing any key". It appears to be any alpha key (?) but the real issue is that after the double press, one or more of the keys pressed will appear but only after a 5-10 sec delay. The second issue is occasionally, pressing a key causes an entry of multiple copies (2 - about 12) of that character. Without these issues, it would surely earn 5 stars!”
