Using this with both a Lenovo Yoga C630 and Google Pixelbook, I've had non-stop problems with double keypresses, missed keypresses, and latency, and that's using it plugged into the USB-C port. Using bluetooth is was almost impossible across both devices. To make matters worse, I sent a support request a week ago and haven't heard anything from the Brydge team. I get the feeling they aren't really there anymore, which is too bad.

I ordered my product on Monday the 6th of August. I received my product Friday the 10th of August, very fast service. I had issues with the keyboard I contact tech support Friday afternoon and I did not get back to me until Wednesday the 14th of August, their website says tech support will answer you within 24 to 48 hours this was 72 hours one day too late I could not get my Bluetooth keyboard to sync up to my Chromebox whatsoever tech support with no help I asked him to call me but they refuse to call me the kid was sending me emails I get them replying to emails I got my money back unfortunately I had to go through my bank to get a complaint against brydge all I will tell you this is when I say to go to contact you within 24 to 48 hours for tech support any company does not do what they say don't trust them I do not trust this company whatsoever.. when a customer asked them to call for tech support they should call you not sit on their hands and do nothing or just write emails back and forth piss poor tech support they have bottom line piss poor tech support don't trust them I don't

I ordered the keyboard, which as first glace is fine. But it's missing a key, the | is missing physically from the keyboard in the UK version. Wrote to support and didn't get an answer.

I got it for my (ASUS 3) Chromebox and I love it! The key are great to type on, it just works and it feels and looks great! Yes, I would buy it again and I can fully recommend it! [The only issue: The Chromebox does not wake up from sleep via the keyboard, but I guess that's a chrombox / chrome OS issue as I can't wake it up with my bluetooth mouse as well].
