“I purchased a docking station (Stone 2) and a bluetooth-wireless keyboard for my surface... Neither one can be powered by the devices their plugged into, only a power supply/brick with a usb-c connector type.. so you have to purchase additional equipment on top of this highly priced wanna be apple product.. Return and Refund.. Amazon has way better and cheaper alternatives.”

“Have been using cable for less than 2 months. No wear and tear, I think the product is defective. The charging tip stayed inserted in the ipad charging port and separated from the rubber. I've contacted Brydge and am awaiting a reply. Wouldn't buy again.”

“Firstly wrong cord was sent - not compatible with my iPhone. Contacted company and was promised a replacement with correct cord. Cord has never turned up. Really unhappy. Months have past. Terrible service. Tanya Coleman”

“Needed some new cables owing to unauthorised use by teenagers; hopped onto the site and ordered two cables - one nice long red one, and one utilitarian black ribbon one - and they arrived quickly and saved the day.”
