“Wanted a keyboard that would allow me to position angle of iPad any way I wanted. It does. It also is backlit and offers some great keyboard access to regular operations (volume, brightness) that are s real bonus. Unfortunately, the “touch” and response of actual keys is unsatisfactory. I have to hit each key very definitely or no go...no way to type anywhere near a decent speed as you have to regularly see what keys haven’t worked. Disappointing. And it’s heavy, but that’s necessary to allow the pivot capability of keyboard as iPad base, so probably a necessary evil.”

“I bought a keyboard. 20% of keystrokes missed. Returned several weeks ago. No response from customers service and no refund to date. Slow response at best. A rip-off worst case senecio. Still waiting. Support phone number not working. Not feeling good about this”

“First off this keyboard is beautiful. The hinge design is awesome. This is the only keyboard I’ve aware which actually gives on the laptop experience with the iPad. And that is where it ends. I was hoping by this time Brydge had resolved all the issues people have been reporting with their keyboard. I was wrong. The keys respond only with hard tapping. Sometimes I’m tapping more than once to get a key (usually the ‘s’) to respond. It’s very frustrating. On top of that, I noticed the right hinge was actually squeeze my iPad screen whenever I chance the angles. Not a big deal right now, since my IPad is new, but that could cause some damage down the road. I tried this for two weeks. Two weeks! And it just doesn’t cut it. It’s such a shame. I plan to use my iPad for writing and I need a decent keyboard to do that. I ordered the cover with the keyboard. It was actually a nice combination. Still, I’m going to go back to the Logitech Slim Combo for now. It’s thicker. It has that annoying Windows Surface hinge in the back. But the keyboard works. If I hadn’t thrown away the packaging I would try to return this keyboard for a full refund. Otherwise, it’s going to collect dust in my desk drawer.”
