“Used it for three days and the rubber inserts that hold the iPad in place separated so that the metal scratched my iPad and broke the glass protector. Tried to contact support for replacements but never heard from them.”

“Soon as I receive the product, it was clear to me that the keyboard was too heavy and the typing experience was probably the worst that I’ve ever experienced. I tried to return it, and was told that I have to do a video to prove that the keyboard sucks. Then that will initiate the warrantee process. In short, this is the worst keyboard on the market made by the worst company on the market.”

“I bought this as a gift but my husband seems to really like it. It’s very sturdy and hopefully will provide the protection that he wants, the back lit keyboard is a must for your new iPad Pro”

“I ordered this keybaord and folio on the recommendation of a friend who has had one fo over 2 years. Man, was it a great recommendation! I did order the wrong folio, contacted support and told them I was only about an hour away from their office. They contacted me right away and offered to process a refund and new order of the correct folio, or I could come up to the office and swap it out. I chose to go to the office. While their, I told them there was a $20 difference that I owed them. She said not to worry about it and wouldn’t accept my money! How awesome is that! I can see me doing business with them in the future!”

“I love the way it looks and it works well for holding my iPad. I just wish there was a spot to hold the Apple Pencil. Over all it is a great product.”
