“The keyboard is as good as any of the reviews I had researched, maybe better. It has very positive keys and is easy to use; it really has turned my iPad into a virtual laptop. My main/only disappointment is the fact that it is shipped with the shims already fitted. I had to change mine to the correct size (supplied); the part of the instructions that tells you to ensure all trace of the previous shims is removed, especially the sticky residue, is just not going to happen! Please ship the keyboard with NO shims fitted so that we may fit the correct size, first time, only time! However good and solid it is, don't under estimate how heavy it is too! For me though, it (the weight) was a price worth paying. It seems none of my colleagues think it was worth the expense (and it's not cheap, no way!) but I'm okay with it so far.”

“I like the feel of the keyboard and the looks but the little rubber holders don't keep my ipad air 2 in securely. I am constantly worrying about it falling out when moving my ipad with the keyboard connected.”

“I have already bought the keyboard and aside from having the first one back the second has been an amazing addition to my iPad. It seemed only natural to buy the back cover to match the keyboard and have it all covered. However the shipping took nearly three weeks longer than estimated and I never got a reply to my email about that. Finally received the item this morning and it's scratched, the polycarbonate seems solid enough and snugly fits the iPad but it has all sorts of small scratches on it right out of the box. This kind of suggests the plastic collects surface scratches very easily (more easily than the metal of the iPad) or I was sent a very sub par item (again). Apple is all about beautifully designed products so you don't really want the cover of your immaculate iPad to look covered in scratches even if the iPad itself is safe from any damage.”

“I purchased the clear protective shell and while it fits my iPad Air, the camera lens is partially covered, as the hole in cover the is not aligned with the lens. Thus, i have to remove the clear cover to take pictures. I followed up with The Brydge on June 10, 2015 and have not heard back from them as of June 16, 2015”
