“When I purchased my first keyboard a little over a year ago I also purchased the plastic shell. When I purchased a new keyboard (which had to be exchanged because of a defect in the color, and a substantial bow) I also purchased the plastic shell. Unfortunately the camera hole does not line up with the hole in the plastic shell. When I reached out to customer service I was told it was because it was not for the iPad air2...the exact same iPad I had with the prior plastic shell. They did offer a return if I paid a 10% restocking fee because they are such a small company, they cannot absorb the cost of returns. They must be smaller than I thought because the plastic shell is 30.00. On a side note I ordered the Otter box combo with the keyboard, it was offered together...and it straight up does not fit or work.”

“The small hole for the camera is OFF alignment making the camera useless. I would have sent it back but I never use the camera anyway.”

“After using the Brydge Protective Shell for a week or two at school, I have noticed that it seems to scratch easily, and also feels a bit flimsy compared to my previous hard shell case. I might end up replacing it with the OtterBox option.”
