“The day that I received my Brydge, it broke. I contacted customer service with pictures. They told what the problem was and provided me a label to send it in for repairs. Not bad so far, right? Once it arrived there, they told me something else was wrong and they could not repair it. To add insult to injury, they said that I would have to pay to return my now unusable Brydge. So what do you think about that? Terrible product and worse customer service. Stay away is my advice!!!”
