“This is our second purchase of this cover (to go with the keyboard). Fit is perfect and we love the soft, smooth feel of the cover. Prevents sliding on slick surfaces.”

“cover said it was for an Ipad pro 12.9. did not fit. did not work with their own keyboard i purchased last year. their customer service is absolutely abysmal. they will go to enormous lengths preventing you from returning anything. im done with these folks... they may have made a nice keyboard but the crappy customer service makes them impossible to deal with. there are comparable keyboards out there with MUCH better customer service. the case wasnt a lot of money, so they know you wont bother getting put through the ringer trying to return it. as for the incorrect product description... i could guess a motive but I suspect its old stock.”

“The version of iPad I have is not supported for the protective cover I originally selected, so it did NOT fit. Not selection would fit my version (2015/2017) I love my keyboard but I want the extra protection with the hard casing, not just the magnetic cover...please manufacture more hard shell covers for more ipad models! The customer service representative was extremely helpful and refunded it seamlessly, but im so disappointed that there are no casings for my model!”
