“Was told a week after I paid for 2 items that ine wasn’t available until January. Not a problem as the item out of stock was for myself . They said the other item was to be shipped as normal, a Christmas present for my daughter. Not arrived and to be honest poor service and communication . Happy to have taken my money though!!”

“Hi brought this after reading lots of reviews. First impression. Brill and I was very happy with it. Sadly, out the blue, it's thrown a wobbly and here are the faults. I started to test keys - Spotify music player- mute /down vol key work- vol up nothing. Music keys pause next song yes back key no ( prob Spotify in fairness) Safari - letter nothing numbers yes - how weird! Home key - nothing Back space/delete nothing Show keyboard key - nothing- I know this worked before. Search key yes Trying home button in between nope nothing. Brightness up/ down yup ok Mail -try to write text - letters nothing - numbers yup Backspace not a sausage ... Since testing and sending the above message to customer support,I have heard nothing in reply. I am very disappointed as it was good to start with .”

“After ordering the polycarbonate Brydge last week it arrived today Been looking forward to it as I have business travel and was planning on using the device extensively this coming week. To my disbelief I open the parcel to find a large note stick on the device stating FAULTY KEYBOARD. This was shipped from Eastern Creek in NSW as I live in Australia. I believe in excellent customer service, so now we're starting at zero , so please show me you care and attend to this at your earliest convenience !I want to believe in you guys!”
