Thank you for replacing my Brydge+ keyboard so promptly. Got a shock when the battery died without warning on the first one. The replacement arrived - under warranty - so quickly. It's great. Hope the battery issue has been addressed. Excellent customer service. Thanks again guys.

Apple, Zagg, Trent, Logitech - I have tried them all. None were anywhere near perfect, with the Zagg being the latest one tried. That one drove me crazy by constantly falling out of the grove that Zagg provided to support the iPad. The Brydge has eliminated that problem with its hinge design. The keys have a nice touch almost like a desktop keyboard. Overall, I really like this keyboard.

The keyboard is good, but 2 issues: they space bar doesn't always work when I press it, which is extremely annoying. And second, I find the location of the enter key, on the outside of the arrow key, difficult to manage. I often hit the wrong button when typing because this is not a standard configuration. If I had know that before purchase, I probably would have chosen a different brand.

Easy to attach and use. But I really wish there was a delete key and some instructions. Only way I can figure out how to delete keystrokes is to go past them and then use the backspace key

The old style with the aluminum base is much more durable than the polycarbonate. You should still offer the original as an option because there are many individuals who will pay more for a better product
