“Very disappointing! I have had these cases and keyboards in the past and never had this problem, but literally after two weeks of use, when disconnecting from iPad, one shim completely disconnected from the keyboard. I was able to stick it back on, but it’s loose and doesn’t hold the iPad up very well. Disappointed.”

“I bought the whole ipad 9.7 keyboard with protection kit with the keyboard, iPad cover, and protective film. I love the keyboard. The protective film bubbled and now the cover is cracking at the speakers and just chipped at the power button. No response after my first contact with Customer Service.2 weeks ago. We will see how it goes today. I expected a better product and customer service from Brydge.”
