I have an MSI Prestige PS341WU monitor, and it doesn't work when plugged into this hub. What a waste of over $300.

Easy to set up and fast. My only complaint is the low refresh rate over TB4, but other than that, great product.

I recently purchased the 14" MacBook Pro with the M1 MAX chip and needed a good dock so I would only need 1 cable to plug in. I've always been skeptical about TB docks because they either work well or they don't, or just plain finicky. However, I've had this dock for about 2 months now and it is FLAWLESS. I take my Mac to work and then back home to WFH and everything shows up immediately. The even included the TB4 cable (which I'm so glad it comes included because TB4 cables are super expensive). All-in-all great dock!

First off, this is a great dock that provides a ton of functionality. I'm using mine with a 2021 MacBook Pro, and it's the only dock I need. I also appreciate the inclusion of vertical mounting stand, which helps save on desk space. If this were a $200 dock I wouldn't bother to note any complaints, but since it isn't, I will. The vertical mounting stand is great, but it isn't weighted. The dock itself is also pretty lightweight, so the combination is easily pushed around (and toppled) by cable flex if you're plugging and unplugging things. At least the base of the stand is hollow, so I'll probably fix some weights in there to make it more stable. My second criticism is with the position of the 90W T4 port (the one that can supply enough power to charge a laptop). Why on earth is this on the FRONT of the device? It's the ONE cable that I won't regularly unplug, so why not put it on the back, by the power supply, and provide a couple of regular T4 ports on the front, where they're easily accessible to plug in hard drives and accessories? Maybe there's a technical reason why the 90W port had to be where it is, but it makes the setup clunkier and less convenient than it should be.

Most review sites you go to tend to compare consumer-grade tools. When you're a professional video editor, you tend to stick to brands you know work well. Which is why I'm glad Brydge came out with this TB4 dock. We've used some of their earlier docks over the years, but when we ordered several of Apple's new M1 Max MacBook Pros I knew we needed a good dock that could stand up to our workload. I had been looking at what our go-to brands had to offer when Brydge reached out and asked if they could send me this Stone Pro TB4 sample to try out. Truth be told, I was already set on a different product from another company, but decided to hold off on purchasing until I could check this out. I was essentially replacing my spec'd out 2013 Mac Pro workhorse for a laptop, so obviously my first concern was losing immediate access to all the ports I was used to. Moving to a laptop also made me want to lean into the portability during this new Work-From-Home era. Thus, grab and go was going to be a big selling point. Multiple monitors are a must-have as well. After about a month of throwing everything I can at this dock, it hasn't flinched once. In one cable going to my MacBook Pro I have the following: - Charging, I don't have to worry about pulling my power adapter out; it stays in my go-bag. - Device charging, with a USB-A to Lightning cable always plugged in and available to charge any of my peripherals. - Two 4k monitors running at 60Hz, connected via two of Brydge's USB-C to DisplayPort cables - Audio, with my speakers always plugged into the dock. - 10G Ethernet access to our edit server, using my SonnetTech Solo10G box. - 1G Ethernet access to our local network and internet, so I don't have to rely on using the laptop's wifi radio to transfer files locally through our network. That's all activated in a single cable. I have one other TB4 cable going to a Thunderbolt 4 hub for connecting additional external drives as needed. The vertical stand Brydge provides also helps keep the dock out of the way and the desk tidy, which frankly we could all use help with. After experiencing this dock first-hand, I've changed my mind and decided to purchase this dock for the rest of our small fleet of MacBook Pros moving forward.

Stone Pro TB4 has lived up to the hype! This is a powerhouse. I have ran it through many test of "real world scenarios". It has performed amazingly. It is well constructed and has great connectivity. I recommend anyone looking for an all in one hub for computer connections via Apple or Microsoft systems this is the right product for you. The packaging was a little confusing at first but after a quick follow up email it was clarified. The sleek low profile look keeps the clutter down on the desk. I did up using the stand to hold the hub as well as laying it down horizontal. Either direction worked and kept a stable connection. Very cool color and design. The material is solid and feels good. It has just the perfect amount of ports! Definitely go grab your Stone Pro TB4 now! You wont regret it!
