This is my second Brydge: vertical dock and the stone II hub configuration. I WFH and go to the office, and I want the same config in both places; sounds reasonable, right? The hub I received for my home setup was busted when it arrived. It would lose power to the USB ports; obviously, why this is a problem. I could reset it if I followed the reset procedures on the support page, which would work for a few minutes, then it would lose power to the USB ports again and again. I even tried a firmware update; the utility said no stone II device connected to the computer. I contacted support and asked for an exchange; I got for my trouble, was an utterly unhelpful support person who insisted I reset the SMC on my M1 Mac. Once I explained the situation to her, she still insisted I reset my SMC, or if I didn't want to do that, I could return the hub. Obviously, I returned the hub; she told me there would be a 7% restocking fee if I didn't have the original packaging, which I didn't, of course, because this is a product from a proven company I've been using for almost six months. I got my refund today, and they refunded just over half. Oh well, I already replaced it with an Anker hub; sorry, Brydge, I don't trust you anymore.

Ethernet port doesn't work - had to use my old adapter - too lazy to return this - but - if you need ethernet - I'd avoid this model

Dock is garbage .. have to unplug items regularly for them to register. Network interface goes out and whole unit has to be re-booted

This is exactly what I needed. With a monitor, power cable, wireless keyboard and mouse, & charging wire for the phone there were too many wires. This product works great and now my desk is way less cluttered. Plus dock & undocking is now a breeze. Highly recommend.
