“I have used this product for a little over a year and it has been great. The 1-year warranty recently expired and right on queue, the DisplayPort on the dock stopped working and my monitor no longer recognizes that anything is connected. I tried a new cable, but confirmed that was not the issue. I have not been able to reach Bridge Customer support over the phone and am a bit frustrated.”

“I bought this for my 2020 MB Air to use with LG 1080p Monitor, Logitech Webcam, KB, Mouse, and Jabra USB Speaker. The Stone Hub is watering down the power from my 30W MB Power adapter. I cannot use all devices at once. I can use Only Video and not USB. or I can use USB Peripherals but not the Video. Lexie in support was useless. Asking me questions I already answered in previous emails. Sending me to apple sites to Reset my SMC and PRAM. Not even paying attention to my issue. I'm returning this paperweight.”
