“I assume the idea here is that you can plug a laptop into the device and then have multiple screens. However, if you unplug the laptop, take it away, return and plug it in again the additional screen is not recognized. Hence, this device is useless unless the plan is to remain permanently attached to the laptop. I would not buy this again.”

“It Won’t wake monitors after laptop returns from sleep. Its Advertised for dual display as 4K@60hz but its not when using dual. Biggest issue was having to restart my brand new laptop after waking up in order to recognize the docking station. I’ve bought brydge before and have been satisfied. This was my first Brydge product disappointment.”

“Hi! Thanks for writing. I have been busy but will take a moment to mention this one thing. Sometimes it takes a while to trip over an issue of incompatibility. So far my Stone LIte has (only) one issue with my Surface Go 2: I get a message about under power charging: ""Battery Saver" "Slow charger" "To speed up charging , use the charger that came with your device." And a yellow caution symbol appears over the battery icon on the task bar. It happens when I plug in the Stone Lite BEFORE the S Go 2's charger and doesn't happen when I do them in the opposite order i.e. be sure to plug in the S Go 2's charger first. I am using a 2 -amp power adapter with the Stone Lite.(Pixel 3a phone's) I believe this is because the (only) usb-c port on the S Go 2 is trying to become the charging device when the MS propriety charger is not plugged into the power port. I have seen this without the Stone Lite too. But you should put this in a user's guide. OK? thanks Joe Faracchio”

“Works well! My only issue is that I have flip the sides of where I plug the Brydge cable in to get my second monitor to work sometimes.”
