“I'm having a screen issue I didn't have before. Both screen go blank briefly but repeatedly. A general restart sees to fix this but it's a bit inconvenient. This purchase was made on the great experience I had with a vertical dock on an older MacBook Pro.”

“I do agree that an open box is not a brand new set. However, the product that I received seems very well used complete with markings where the previous owner had placed the laptop. I would have expected that the device would have been tested and cleaned properly before being made available for purchase to another. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback.”

“I can’t believe how much this device makes you feel so mentally relaxed. This opens the computer up to have so many more ports. The unit gets crazy hot, and I hope it doesn’t use a ton of electricity because of that. With that having been said, I quickly realized to not rest my computer on it as demonstrated in the photos.”
