“Its a nice product and when it works its super handy and I loved having only one connection but mine started acting up after a few weeks when I unplug my MacBook Pro and plug it back in the external monitor screen would flicker on and off like crazy. I found an article that said I needed to unplug everything and plug it back in a specific order to get it to stop and that worked but i am not going to do that every-time I unplug and want to plug back in, also it gets really hot which I don't like. I returned mine before the 30 is days was up.”

“Very pretty, but didn’t work. My external monitor, USB keyboard, and USB webcam just wouldn’t work through the Stone Pro, but worked fine when connected directly to my laptop. Brydge support suggested I purchase adapters to make what should have been native functionality of the Stone Pro work (after suggesting SMC resets and reboots, neither of which worked), which was my last straw. For the money the Stone Pro costs, the ports should work and I shouldn’t have to buy additional adapters beyond what are necessary to connect between different ports. Not to mention the fact that support told me that if I returned the Stone and it was found to be functional when they tested, I’d be refunded minus a restock fee, which is a pretty restrictive return policy nowadays, especially from a tech company. It was a stretch giving it two stars because the Stone Pro just gave me a couple days of grief cable managing then un-cable-managing while I connected and then disconnected it, but it’s nice looking, and the product/design teams deserve credit.”

“Looks amazing and I love how it houses all my cables in one place. However, I don't know if it is a malfunction or a normal thing, but it gets way too hot even when I'm not using all the ports. Still on the fence about keeping it. I don't want it to damage my desk or cables.”

“Using just one port that I already would be using to charge, now I use the one port to charge, and have LOTS more ports of all types.”

“This dock has really made things more convenient for me. I have dual monitors and desk with limited space. This dock allows me to connect both displays daisy chained and multiple additional devices and still have space.”
