“Extremely delayed delivery, had to contact support. When the product was delivered I realized te\he charging cable is very bulky (as big as the device itself) decided to return and hoping to get a refund - already sent back the equipment”

“With a 2018 MacBook Pro, this unit would not support dual monitors, contrary to what the support & sales staff said before purchase. Additionally, the trackpad became dysfunctional with the Stone Pro connected.”

“Not really a consumer requirement but the word “Pro” is in the name so I would expect 10GB for professional workflows involving NAS and/or SoundGrid for music and video production. OWC and others provide this. I don’t event see it in the upcoming TB4 Pro dock available in February…”
