I wouldn't buy this again. Bought for use with MacBook Air. The USB-in for my desktop peripherals (kb/m) goes in and out. The usb-c to hdmi monitor flickers in and out. Displayport to hdmi doesn't work at all. Very disappointed. Spent hours troubleshooting, no improvement.

You're at the mercy of support for any troubleshooting. With Henge's site pointing you here, and no support resources on any of Henge's products available on this site, you'll have to wait hours (or perhaps even days as they warn) to get any information. Even then, it will come at a trickle. Brydge really should include documentation and troubleshooting for the Stone Pro, but the only reference on the site is the one here on this page. Immediately on setup, I had issues with it. Whether I use just the ethernet port, just display, or just a USB device, it will constantly lose connection. The charging works, but on my 2019 16" the -10-15% charging penalty doesn't justify a $240 price, or the week it took them to get it to me. I've tried it with both a 2018 15" and a brand new 2019 16" MacBook Pro, and the issue persists, whether I use their provided HDMI to Thunderbolt 3 adapter or straight DisplayPort. If I send any data through it, it randomly disconnects. Sometimes several times in a minute, sometimes not at all for half an hour. Adding to the trouble, this thing gets hot. Just charging with no data sent between the Stone Pro and either machine I've used, this thing is putting off enough heat that I'd never consider putting this underneath a working computer. That pretty much renders the desk real estate savings I hoped for moot. It's another oddly-shaped box taking up space. For the money, I'd say look elsewhere as the draw here is purely design. The ability to set your MacBook on it would be nice, but probably not advisable for the amount of heat this thing puts out even without any load beyond charging power.

Not what I expected at all. The unit got extremely hot and the hook up to the external monitor did not work.

I'm a software developer and needed a Thunderbolt dock/hub that could simultaneously support an ultrawide monitor, ethernet connection, USB peripherals (mirrorless camera used as webcam, keyboard, mouse, DAC), and full-power charging over a single TB cable. I also needed an SD card slot. The Stone Pro is _perfect_ for my needs and meets every one of my requirements. It came in high-quality packaging and was a breeze to set up. It looks far better than most other TB docks out there and it's significantly smaller than my last dock (a more expensive and far less reliable offering from CalDigit). It charges at a full 87W and I have had zero connectivity issues so far. Plug-and-play bliss. My only complaint is the size of the power brick - it's giant. But it's slim, so I was able to attach it to the underside of my desk to keep it out of sight. I only wish I'd found the Stone Pro sooner. Would've saved a lot of headache with other crappy dock offerings. I'll probably buy another one for my office at work.

I was excited to buy the dock. I thought I would be able to use it without a problem, however, I needed to change my set up entirely. The dock does not work with displayport to HDMI dongle. My humble opinion, I think this product was released without properly QA'ing it. I had to return it. Do not buy if you do not own a displayport compatible monitor.

Absolutely fantastic device. The build quality is of par with Apple design and even matches my Space Gray Macbook Pro perfectly.
