“Dock works well for hooking my Macbook to my two external monitors. There are enough ports for my peripherals. The only thing that might deter people is the fact that it does get very warm. If you keep from putting things on top of and around the dock, you should be very satisfied and see no problems.”

“Could not get the product to stop flickering with the multi monitor setup I have. The unit was really hot. Nobody to speak to. Emails took days to respond. When they did finally respond, they told me the product does get hot and that it is normal. Now they will take a return but want to charge me a 7% “restocking fee”. Purchased a different dock and it works fine.”

“Works great! I had an issue with the DisplayPort adapter I was using, Bridge customer service immediately identified the problem and provided me a list of compatible adapters. Great Customer Service!!”

“Firmware no longer supported by iOS because it hasn’t been upgraded since Brydge took over HengeDocks. Wouldn’t send the signal to my 2020 MacBook Pro to indicate monitors were attached. My other HengeDock was amazing, it outlasted the computer. Brydge customer support is slow to respond and unhelpful. This will be the last time I attempt any of their products.”

“After spending hours trying to get this dock to work including a multiple unsuccessful attempts to work with support, I have decided to return this product and get the Caldigit TS3 instead. Product cannot support all ports being used at once, overheats quickly (causing power throttling in the device sitting on top of it) and falsy advertises the capability of it's included display port, which is just blatantly not compatible with 1080p monitors. They tried to sell me another display port cable, blaming my gear for their fault product. Do not buy.”

“Your product information, both in the packaging and online, is woefully in complete. There was no indication that I would need specified cabling for 4K monitors. Now that I have them, the product performs as expected.”

“The item has a sleek profile but I definitely would not rest my Macbook on it due to heat. I love the simplicity of it.”
