“The item was a gift and there was a "guaranteed date on shipping" but it was late and no response on why it was late. When I did get it it was in the old packaging without notification. When I tried to return item the customer service was lacking in responsiveness and not very accommodating. The product is "ok" but the reason I paid was for to support smaller brands and the Brand of "Brydge" and I don"t mind paying for value but this just lacks value. If you're on the fence there isn't enough value in the product or service to jump into this bands products.”

“This product is great. I love the fact that it is plug and play. It has great power passthrough to make sure it is charging my MacBook Pro appropriately. Only thing is that sometimes the screen does blank out if it being used to long.”

“Save the cost of a desktop and get this thing. Seriously. I hooked up my Samsung T5 SSD, Thunderbolt hard drive, 4K monitor, speakers, and USB hub and it works like a charm. One Thunderbolt 3 cable to the Mac and nothing else. No latency issues or lag. Data transfer speeds are blazing fast on the SSD also.”

“I bought a Brydge Stone pro for home use after using a Henge Stone previously and being happy with Henge's product. Overall I'm pleased with the functionality of Brydge Stone. My only gripe is that the power brick squeals. It isn't noticeable if I'm in a meeting or listening to music, however it is definitely noticeable with generic home-background noise. I reached out to support once and they replaced the unit. The second unit has the same issue so I figured if 2/2 squeal, it's likely they all do so I have not reached out to support again. I could be wrong and perhaps I got two faulty units in a row.”
