“The unit doesn't work with my LG 49wl95c-w monitor and 13" macbook pro via the USB-C DisplayPort. Works fine when connected directly to my Mac. Returned for warranty repair/replacement/refund.”

“Worked right out of the box. I had no problems. The only thing that could make this product better is a magnetic thunderbolt cable and adaptor.”

“I was very excited to get my Stone Pro and was looking forward to using it as a docking station but it appears the displayport isn't working as expected. Support told me it could be because I am using Catalina so I am waiting to see if there is an update to fix this.”

“I tried a SMC reset, but still, I get no video on my Lenovo monitors, which work fine when directly connected to my MBP. The Ethernet and power seem to work. I sent a video of my installation with a description of the problem, but I haven’t heard back yet.”

“Being able to consolidate everything onto a single cable- my dual monitors, ethernet, input power, and mechanical keyboard, while simultaneously adding fast USB-A and USB-C charging ports, has felt delightful, almost magical. I love plugging that single cable in every morning and seeing it all come to life and just work. It was spendy, but a worthwhile buy considering that I interact with it every day and look at it throughout the day.”
