“I ordered my keyboard in early No ember and did not receive it for a month, my daughter emailed them and they responded it was being shipped out of the wrong place, they were advertising 2 day shipping online and even after the mistake was identified it took 7 days to receive. I have nothing but problems with this keyboard as well and it did not look new . I had to leave on vacation and have not had a chance to deal with this”

“I purchased a replacement keyboard/case for my iPad Pro after my previous failed after three years. I have been using the replacement for the last few weeks and now noticed that the left seat where the iPad slides into to is starting to make a loud noise when I close the case. I’m not sure why this is happening so soon after purchasing this unit. Frustrated to say the least.”

“I’m disappointed in how, when closed there is noticeable gap on one side, so not happy about that. , I’m annoyed about the lag time to be able to type, my older bridge didn’t have as long of connect ability to blue tooth.”
