So I pre-ordered the new 2020 brydge keyboard with trackpad. I have sent Multiple requests to send this item back and received zero customer support! It’s been 4 days past the 48 hour mark and still nothing. All I’d like to do is simply return this item.

It is amazing that this product was released in 2020. The trackpad is the worst. The product finish is also poor. I don't think it was late because of the corona, but it seems to be due to the completeness of the product. If I knew everything, I would never have bought this product for $ 200.

Wasn’t sure what to expect when I pre-ordered this over a year ago. Loved the concept. The trackpad is NOT quite as good as an Apple Trackpad - even on bluetooth. However, this might have to do with the iOS 13 system than the trackpad itself. I’m use to working quickly so the tracking mode had to be put to max speed and even then there is some small delay at times. The lack of pinch zoom is somewhat annoying. I continue to use the touch screen at least 60% of the time. However, I think as Apple improves the iOS and Brydge makes their improvements, it will only get better. Also, not big on the giant circle symbol as the cursor - prefer a choice of smaller objects like an arrow.

Ordered keyboard April 10th with expected ship date of mid April. Have recieved no keyboard, no email outlining any delays. I have sent a few emails asking for status that have not been returned. Rather frustrating as I have always bought your products. A simple email with an update should be easy to do.

I placed an order for a keyboard on April 5th, with a stated delivery time of mid April. Since April 20th I have 3 requests via email, called their # which was hard to find, only to get the message that the mailbox was full and have now left messages on the Brydge Facebook page. STILL NO RESPONSE. Still not keyboard.

I just received my new Brydge Pro+ today. It is beautifully designed and built... matches perfectly with my 2018 iPad Pro 12.9”. Obviously the experience I have with it is yet to be tested, but as I type this, I am loving it... a step above the Brydge keyboard for my past iPad Pro. I look forward to the fine tuning of its trackpad with your app to follow, but for now, I am a very satisfied, long awaiting customer.
