HOWever... According to Brydge'e site: BRYDGE – RETURN POLICY "If you are ready to begin a return, please click the appropriate button below, based on your return reason. We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our returns policy." Get the phrase "... within 30 days of delivery ... " ? But when I attempt to put in an RMA request I get: "The order was placed more than 30 days ago. Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return." I pre ordered my keyboard 19-March (#114773) and waited. I received my Pro+ keyboard on 2-May. I checked it out, and found it won't work for me. I'm sure the device is okay to use, it is too small as the trackpad takes up more space than I expected. I use 6 different keyboards of various sizes every day for my job, but this one is too small for my hand span. I have a similar sized keyboard with no trackpad and I can use it a little bit better than this one allows. I emailed customer support who verified it was delivered, but oblivious to the return question or effort. So, since I can't return it, not sure what it will be used for. This looks like a good con... Put in the order as a pre-order, then delivered after return window of order date is out. Great marketing. If you buy it you keep it, they get your money and done. $200 - Lesson learned. I ordered this in early April with a shipping date of “Mid April”. This then got pushed back to “Late April” and it’s now been pushed to “Mid May”. This thing better be pretty comparable to the Apple Magic Keyboard by the time I get it, or the wait definitely wasn’t worth it. I’m also deploying to the Middle East this month and the Brydge support team has been less than helpful in trying to get me my keyboard I ordered a month ago before I’m overseas. Hopefully it ships soon, and hopefully it’s even more than it’s cracked up to be, because the YouTube reviews compared to the Apple magic keyboard are less than stellar.

I have used three different Brydge keyboard since the original one was released. I have a terrific Brydge Pro for my 12.9 IPad Pro and when the Brydge Pro + was introduced I ordered one right away. It was delivered three days ago and I was very excited to try it. Guess what, it doesn’t work. The keyboard portion is just a good as my current Brydge Pro but the track pad really doesn’t work at all. It’s incredibly embarrassing that Brydge shipped this without communicating to early purchased of this flagship product that the recent updates of the IPadOS operating system has rendered this newly released product useless. The trackpad just doesn’t work at all. I feel terrible about having to provide a negative review for a product made a company I appreciate.

Not going to lie. This thing is great. I pre-ordered back in February and just got it today. Turns my 11 inch iPad Pro(cellular) into a nice Mobile laptop. Best thing that it allows me to do finally is to work with Excel and Word is have mouse-like ability. Amazing and finally update that iPad needed which was long overdue!!! Keyboard feels solid and buttons are ease to type even with the smaller 11 inch version. Highly recommend and must have!!!

In some ways the Magic Keyboard is better for now (scrolling, gestures) but the keyboard is a joy to type on and the availability of a trackpad makes your iPad much more versatile then before. The hinges are very sturdy and lap-ability is great! The weight is not too top heavy, and wobble is practically zero. And one lovely side-benefit: not holding your iPad with your hands heats it up less! So expect a bit better efficiency and cooler running temps throughout the day. Honestly, worth the money. Hands down. And a big thanks to Brydge for sending me my preorder so soon! Never expected that.

I received my Brydge Pro+ over the weekend after being one of the first 500 orders placed way back in January. After using it for the weekend I can see why people enjoy the keyboard experience of the standard Brydge Pro. The trackpad, however, is another story. As multiple reviews in the tech blogs have pointed out the trackpad is not smooth and is a generally frustrating experience compared to other trackpads. I’m glad to see Brydge are working on addressing this and will be providing a firmware update. I will update my review when that happens. But as is often said never buy hardware based on the promise of future software.

Preordered this months ago. The date keeps getting changed on when I’m going to get it. It got moved because of the covid. That’s understandable. Said it would still ship the week of the 20th. On the 24th (Friday) I got an email saying 24-48 hours. Then the 28th I got an email from customer service saying it should still ship within the next 1-4 days. Now it’s the 30th. Still no keyboard, still no tracking number. Unimpressed so far.

I pre ordered this product. Was actually interested in it. I changed my mind though. I filled out the form asking for a cancellation. It took 5 days and 3 emails, to get a response. They responded with “can you tell us why you want to cancel?” I thought to myself, “ Great, here we go.” I replied saying I did not want it and wanted a refund and to cancel my order. This is after 3 emails saying all I want was to cancel. Instead of canceling my order, they sent me another email trying to entice me to keep my order, offering me $50 in credit towards another purchase, once again delaying a refund, knowing full well they take days to reply back to you. I said “no, I don’t want the product, I don’t want any offers or discounts, I want my order canceled. I haven’t heard back now and it’s been days. When you call their number, which you have to google because they conveniently leave it off of their website, you get sent to a voicemail box that is full so you can’t leave a message. Worst customer service in my opinion. They just drag the process out, hoping you’ll give up. Obviously they have to meet quotas and the employees are most likely being told to do everything they can before canceling an order. I get it, I work in the industry. Pressure, pressure, pressure, to sell sell sell. Well, I sure won’t be coming here for anything else in the future and I recommend anyone reading this think twice before ordering. They can’t even handle a simple cancellation . What are they going to do when you have a technical problem with a product or need help when they don’t even have the capacity to process a cancellation? And guess what!? The product got delayed until mid-may! Shocker... that’s a failed product launch if I’ve ever seen one. Apple will have a new iPad by the time this is even ready. By the way still waiting for my cancellation and refund. This would make a good story time to my 10,000+ Tiktok followers.
