dear god this keyboard could not be worse. what a waste of money!! i've been meaning to write this review for ages, i never leave reviews but i just have to worn anyone reading this--i know when i was buying my keyboard there were a few other brands, apple themselves being one, that i was considering and PLEASE buy from one of them. do not buy this product. It is the most frustrating absolute piece of garbage. It'd hardly call it compatible with the ipad, it'll stop working even though it's fully charged, i could go on for days lmao but basically don't buy anything from this company honestly i wouldn't trust them

Good, tactile feel. Only downside is trackpad. Often accidentally touch it while typing.

I was a Brydge keyboard user before and decided to upgrade to the keyboard with the touch pad. Build quality is excellent and the new hinge is a better design. Two-finger scrolling works well. Here's what needs more work: 1. Need ability to turn off tab-to-click. I find myself accidentally clicking away from where I'm typing because of my palm hitting the touch pad. 2. The keyboard does not always reconnect. The previous keyboard worked flawlessly but the new one has problems reconnecting.

The keyboard arrived as expected The back of the keyboard has smudges . I have no idea if this is normal but it feels like I was sent a refurbished item. followed the instructions per the attached brochure. This is my second Brydge keyboard in two years since I owned my 2018 ipad pro. The first keyboard I owned had a lot issues with it, mainly, the backlight blinked and wont stay “on” while I was using it. I was sent a free “replacement” with the same problem by a certain employee named “derick” I believe, and feels like I was being taken for a fool. Last time I spoke with customer service, I was told he was no longer an employee. A disgruntled employee sabotaging the company???? And I was an unwitting victim of the sabotage??? I don’t know. But I stayed with Brydge and bought another one with the trackpad. Works as expected, not perfect, but I’ll do. I did not expect much when I purchased this trackpad. I was just tired using the “lemon” I purchased two years ago.

The keyboard part of the product is very solid. The keys have good travel distance and there is virtually no flex. The trackpad can be oversensitive with your thumbs at times, but if you train your thumbs to hover in the air the experience can be improved. What I don’t particularly enjoy is the magnetic cover which is just a tiny bit larger than the actual iPad itself. It stays on most of the time, but it doesn’t feel like it’s a perfect fit. The initial setup and usage of the keyboard and trackpad is relatively painless and is only held back by the limitations of iOS (as of iOS 14). I would recommend this product for those who are looking for a solid keyboard and trackpad to pair with their iPad Pros.
