The keyboard serves the function on typing but the trackpad is not efficient and cannot compare to magic keyboard. some of the buttons need serveral presses to activate, which is frustrating. It claims to suit iPad air but the back cover can't even stick to my iPad... So I will say it fulfill the function of a keyboard but definitely not worth the price.

Well built, but part of the rubber that protects the screen tore very quickly. It still works fine if lots of care is taken inserting the iPad. Trackpad is a bit hit and miss as to whether movement is recognised, sometimes needs a second or so to respond. Scrolling is very jittery. Not all the apple trackpad features are implemented.

I purchased this keyboard for my wife's new iPad. Just recently, she noticed that the hinges seem to be weak as the iPad kept falling back. Upon checking further, I noticed that the right hinge actually broke at the pin attaching the hinge to the keyboard. I tried to get ahold of someone via the phone but it won't let me leave a message? I tried to file a claim for a repair but Its needs an order#. I can't find my order# but have my credit card statement thru BRYDGE. I also keep receiving emails from them for this keyboard? They certainly need better Customer Service? Maybe they can view this and call me at (562) 420-6905 Thank you
