Out of all the purchases this year, this is the best. Trackpad is most useful and convenient, and this keypad seems to always be connected to Bluetooth. Have not had to pair it except upon removing from its box. Excellent for this new iPad.

Bought for son . Very happy with product exceeded expectations . Higher quality than other similar products on offer . He seems to like the features it has especially the finger pad to navigate . Definitely recommend product . Customer service very good was kept updated with product dispatch , delivery etc .

I thought the trackpad would be a great addition to my new iPad Pro 12". Especially since the Brydge that accompanied my 10" iPad Pro was rock solid. The 12" one is a little bit of a downer. It will not wake up my iPad like the previous one, and it takes a long time to come out of Sleep Mode. I end up touching the screen. The protective cover, which is a great addition, just doesn't seemed to be toleranced properly. It's oversized, so it pops off a lot. It doesn't fit well around the camera array either. That part is very poorly designed. Overall, just not as good as my previous Brydge keyboard.

What I have to say?, Well, my experience was so bad that: "I want to buy another one!!!"... really, I am very glad with the quality and performance, and the customer support as well, thanks Lexie, for your kind help.

I have had a few issues. First, the wrong product was shipped, Now the keyboard wil not charge nor hold a charge. I am going to try and charge is overnight and see what happens. But I am not holding out hope.
