“I had this keyboard for 2 weeks and my trackpad stopped working already. Ive tried contacting customer support to get a new one because of my warranty and no one has gotten back to me! Ive called and called and they send me straight to voicemail with their inbox full. This item sucks you’d be better off spending 100 dollars more for the apple keyboard I wish I would’ve.”

“Did a lot of research before I bought this keyboard, I am very glad I purchased it in the end! Quality solid build, looks fantastic and works flawlessly. The track pad is silky smooth, the back cover sticks on the iPad really well. I love the form factor where it makes the iPad into a laptop, great for (laptop) typing ;) I seriously cannot find anything that I am unhappy with. Great product, well done.”

“After 3 years the battery won’t hold a charge and this company said there is nothing they can do. Don’t waste your money on a product that has a 3 year life.”

“On the website, it states that the Brydge Pro+ can work for Gen 3, 4 & 5 iPad Pros. I have the 5th gen and it was quite the squeeze to get the iPad into the little tabs of the keyboard. Everything seems to work fine, but it doesn’t look as nice as I would have hoped when spending $200+ on a keyboard. The Bluetooth connection is great, though. No lag at all!”

“This pertains to the customer service aspect. I accidentally ordered the wrong item and I’ve attempted to contact them to get it exchanged. After multiple attempts, I still haven’t heard anything back!”

“Not impressed with the quality of this product especially for the price. The mouse pad is very noisy and rattles around when walking with my iPad closed. The back cover never stayed in place so I ended up discarding it altogether. They key travel appears to be different for certain keys which makes it difficult to use for any kind of note taking. I HIGHLY recommend looking into Logitech or Apple's keyboard offerings.”
