“Never go to use the plan. The product was incorrect within 23 days it was delivered back based upon a return request approval but a week later I got an email saying you were sorry but you can’t accept returns older than 30 days. It wasn’t. You have my product and my money for both it and this plan!”

“Purchased product with express 2-3 day shipping on Dec. 9, but your company did not even start shipping until Dec. 22 and now it is delayed in Illinois and will not be delivered until Dec. 27... ridiculous and my express shipping fee should be refunded. I also called and emailed your customer service several times, around Dec. 12. There was a response but no urgency was put on the order. It should not take 18 days to "express" ship any item and I certainly should not be charged for express shipping when it takes 15 days longer than agreed.”

“The fold design is weird and actually 'bumps' when extending it. Much better then the older design where the hinges locked up, but the shell drop in is a backward step. I really wouldn't take much to have it work in landscape AND portrait mode, but Brydge has decided not to go with that (I agree it looks better in marketing sheets, but lessens the iPads utility). They don't recycle their old products (if you think that's okay: this review isn't for you). I admit its a better deal than Apple's more expense option, but I'm still on the fence about that.”
