“I own two Pro 12.9 keyboards and love them. Had issues withe the shims deteriorating so I contacted Bridge through the website. They quickly responded and replaced the shims. Excellent customer service and support of the products.”

“These are just not up to standard. The replacement shims shredded within three weeks use. There has to be a better solution as the keyboard itself is awesome. Please re-engineer your shim design. I am not going to shell out $17 a month to keep replacing the rubber shims.”

“I waited to write a review after I spent time using the keyboard. So here it goes. Overall, the keyboard has a solid feel to it when I type, and I can appreciate the ease of use in typing documents. The keyboard transforms the iPad to a mini laptop, and while typing, my hand goes in search of a touchpad to complete some tasks. That being said, it took me no time at all to use the iPad screen and keyboard shortcuts to complete some tasks. Unfortunately, I had to replace the rubber shims since one of the tore off within 10 days of purchase. One of Brydge’s team member quickly sent me a replacement, no problem! I find this a useful product especially when I am constantly writing, and I don’t have my laptop with me. I would recommend this product. Great job Brydge! C”

“Not happy with the quality of the rubber shims. Less than two weeks since I replaced my previously defective shims, and the new ones are tearing. They’ve damaged the $50 screen protector I purchased for my IPad Pro, by fraying the edges”

“I am a first time buyer and before I buy something I researched the item first. This brand had great review and I liked the nap on cover for the iPad but that’s not what i got. You guys went up on the price offering a cover but it was a cheap piece of junk that does not stay on. I gave the keyboard a 4 stars because it is great but the rest was not at all. You should send extra shims because they don’t last long.”
