Should be called rubber shams I’ve reinstalled them but they went back to the way they were before breaking apart

After replacing the shims, within the first year of ownership, the replacement shims are just as bad as the originals. They don't adhere to the guides, they extrude on the sides, and don't properly secure my iPad when closing. Very disappointing.

Its not obvious that the replacement rubber shims are free, it was only after I asked that I was given the code to use for free replacements. Wouldn't be a problem if they were $5 but $17.50 for two tiny bits of rubber that need regular replacement!!! At the price you pay for the keyboard it should come with a couple of spare sets of shims and spare feet because these to fall off after a while. The keyboard itself is very good, solid and well made, it performs very well. The back cover comes off if the keyboard is dragged on lap or ground. If the cover wrapped around the edges it would prevent that and offer more protection, be good to see one like this made and sold as an upgrade. Battery life is stated at over a year but they don't mention thats only if the keyboard backlighting is kept off, other wise its only a few days!!! and during the day you cant easily see if they are on or off. A better clip-on back cover, a backlight indicator like the caps lock LED and supplying it with spare shims and feet would make this a 5 star product.

I was having problems with my iPad falling out of the hinges due to the rubber pieces on the hinges tearing I contacted customer service and they were so nice they sent me a free replacement pair, let’s hope these don’t tear.

Customer service is amazing at brydge. I’ve had a few issues with my keyboard in the past but brydge has been very generous, accommodating and quick to fix any and all issues.

Great customer service. Actually got two pairs of shims. While awaiting return to my inquiry about replacement, found shim replacement on web site and ordered. Then, your customer service notified me that they were providing replacement.

The replacement shims appear to work, but the iPad Pro constantly keeps slipping out of the Brydge Pro keyboard pegs when I open/close the iPad Pro. Aside from this annoying issue, I love the Brydge keyboard.

IPad Pro 11 slipping out of old and newly installed shims. Tried to send pics of problem using Brydge customer service app but pictures did not attach so sent just text of problem. Apparently photos and video are required. 4th Brydge keyboard, first 3 are still in use. This one has design problems. Will try to send pics 1 more time then time to buy another keyboard case for the iPad.
