“Had a problem with the rubber coverings on one of my hinges. Called and they shipped replacements for both quickly.”

“For the price you pay for this keyboard you would think it would be constructed better. The runbber incerts and ripped out and the hinges are loose. Giving company credit they did send mew incerts very fast but nothing on loose hinges. Keyboard works well but disconnects quite often. But Connection comes back fast. If you work in a Office type atmosphere this would be great but working in the field not so much.”

“I have used 5-6 different Bluetooth keyboards for my iPads. This is the best I have used. Lexie, who assisted me was awesome and made sure I was happy. My only recommendation, is that develop a cover for their keyboard. I sent my comment and understand they want to keep thin. The cover for the iPad is worth every penny. They need to develop something to protect their keyboards as well. I invested it their keyboards but have no cover for it”
