“The Brydge keyboard is great, you would think they would have a smarter engineer to creat a better way of seating your iPad! I have had my keyboard for one month and have gone through 3 sets of shims. I finally gave up and bought a new keyboard with a case all in one, from another manufacturer, of coarse! Now I have to go by a new glass protector since those shims caused mine to break in the corners. They are totally useless!”

“your older keyboards had no issues, I loved them. However even with the new shims in place, the iPad comes loose easily. I addition, the bracket has now broken on one side because of this; it slipped off as I picked it up and dropped it, it broke. The whole thing is now in the trash, it's been nothing but problematic from the start. Very disappointed.”

“Shine did not stick properly and started to come apart 2 days after installation. Very frustrating when taking the iPad in and out . Not sure if I just got a defective one. I have another pair coming in the mail . Hopefully these ones will do the trick.”

“Love the product as a whole but you must think of a better idea as far as the shims go........ they wear out too easy from putting the iPad in and out of them”

“My original ones wore out quickly. The instructions for the replacements didn’t mention that one side is longer than the other and you need to pay attention to that when you install them. Mine still do not fit properly and is making using the keyboard impossible. Even though I follow the directions, they still slide up when I take my keyboard out”
