“1st one they sent didn't work at all and was eventually replaced. 2nd one worked for about a month before I decided to take the iPad out every night as the combined unit was too heavy to carry around (it's *very* heavy). After literally just one week of doing this, several of the keys became unresponsive, and getting Bluetooth to connect became nightmarish. Then both rubber shims tore, making the unit unusable. Brydge refused my repeated refund requests and instead generously sent me ONE PAIR of replacement shims. It's now sitting, gathering dust, while I am mightily enjoying what I should have bought in the first place, the brilliant Apple Smart Keyboard Folio. The Brydge keyboard is the worst thing I bought this year. Appalling Chinese quality control.”

“This keyboard has allowed me to forgo purchasing another Mac. Only problem I had a was a tear in one of the rubber shims. Customer service sent out replacements and all is well. Feels like a computer.”

“I contacted customer support when one of the Shims on my Brydge 11 inch keyboard became separated. Within a very reasonable time, I was contacted and told how to replace the Shims as well as giving me a free replacement. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the Brydge keyboard and would recommend it for anyone seeking a solid keyboard for their iPad.”

“If you need a keyboard for your iPad Pro, this is THE keyboard to get. I am please with the key touch and response as well as the size of the keys. Battery life is excellent. I don’t think it will last a year, but I often work in darkened areas requiring the backlight which will diminish battery life. I had difficulty initially inserting my iPad and damaged one of the rubber inserts. Brydge promptly sent me a new set at under warranty at no cost. I will say that the little buggers have extremely strong adhesive and are not easy to replace properly, even after watching their video. When changing out my damaged shim it touched the side of the hinge before getting completely seated and stuck securely. Fortunately, it was far enough in the hinge to not diminish the excellent user experience. Five Stars for an Outstanding product!”
